I had my eyebrows tattooed about a year ago… Whilst they weren’t tragic I was not 100% happy with them… With my wedding coming up I decided it was a good time to look into getting them done again. I did ALOT of research as I wanted to find someone who could do them, where I could walk away feeling completely satisfied with them! I booked in with Lisa… I’m so glad I did! She has got some serious skills. It seemed so quick and effortless for her, which proves her ability. They look amazing!!! I could not be happier… I could have paid hundreds of dollars more at other places where I probably wouldn’t have even gotten this result. Lisa did my permanent make-up. Brilliant. I had it done previously & it was painful but Lisa used a highly effective anaesthetic cream & it wasn’t painful at all. A bit uncomfortable but it doesn’t hurt. She is also one of the leaders in her field of make-up tattoos. She’s very talented & does a fantastic job. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. I was really hesitant about getting a cosmetic tattoo done on my face. I’m extremely conservative and love a natural look and have never drawn my eyebrows in. But I had several gaps and wanted a more permanent fix. Lisa was great, she didn’t rush me and walked me through my options. She isn’t the sort that makes you feel like you need them more than she needs you – what a lot of larger salons do and act as if they don’t have the time to alleviate your concerns but then charge $800-$900 for their services. Overall it was a great experience and I definitely recommend it. Lisa’s someone who is willing to work with you on what you want and not strongly guide you down a cookie-cutter path.

I may not be a qualified beautician or cosmetic tattooist but I feel in a good position to judge who is good or not as I have been having semi-permanent cosmetic tattoo eyeliner done now for 25 years since the days it was done with a bamboo stick! I have had good experiences and bad experiences. Unfortunately, the bad experiences not only left me with quite permanent “disfigured” crooked lines and “blobs” around the eye area but they also made me understandably a nervous patient. I did a lot of homework and shopped around as it was time for a freshen up of my top and bottom eyeliner. I had to exercise extra diligence due to past bad experiences. I came across Lisa Millington. I booked an appointment with her and after chatting with her, seeing her wall full of diplomas and achievement certificates and the fact that she is also a teacher/trainer in the cosmetic tattoos I felt confident to give her a try. Lisa not only had a nervous patient to start with but she had an existing bad eyeliner job from previous cosmetic tattooists that she had to work with and try to do the best she can. I must say beyond a shadow of a doubt I am ABSOLUTELY delighted with her work. She knows what she is doing, she uses the best highest quality digital equipment and the best quality colour from the USA. She exercises hygiene, she listens to what the client wants and I have to say that given the circumstances she has done an excellent job. I will not hesitate to go back to her in the future for fresh ups on my eyeliner and I will be going to her when I am ready to have my eyebrows done. I have NO hesitation in recommending Lisa whatsoever. I strongly recommend using someone experienced like Lisa as a cosmetic tattoo can be quite permanent, especially in dark colours and trying to save a few dollars by going to someone cheap and inexperienced will only result in more cost for rectification not to mention the emotional cost of having poor work done. Lisa also has a lovely warm and welcoming assistant that works with her. Lisa is a dedicated professional who is constantly bettering her skills in this “art” and I am so grateful for coming across her.

I am super conservative about a lot of things, including make-up. However, I really wanted to fix my eyebrows after losing quite a lot of hair during pregnancy.
